VINIFICATION
Natural Wines are those that have the minimum possible intervention of man. Sulphites are not added. Natural yeasts are used, and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
Classic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 15 days.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Deep red colour with violet hues.
Aroma: Typical aromas of Malbec. Fresh fruit and a hint of plums and cherries.
Flavour: Great body and structure. Deep in mouth. Pleasant finish with a taste of plums jam.
