VINIFICATION

Graves is situated on the left bank of the Garonne river, southeast of the city Bordeaux. This wine has clear ruby color with medium intensity. The nose reveals seductive notes of red berries, tobacco and spices. Wine is dry, with medium to full acidity and low to medium tannic structure with a good balance. In mouth very smooth with aromas of raspberry. Wine has medium body. Finish is medium. It is good to very good wine. Serve it with foie gras or red meat. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
